Active fires in the Moose Creek Ranger District include Cascade (7,475 acres, 50% contained), Grotto (3,856 acres, 0% contained), and Wolf Creek (2,643 acres, 25% contained). The Selway River Trail #4 is closed from Cupboard Creek to Big Rock Trail due to the Cascade fire. Fire danger ratings are not currently published, and there are no Red Flag Warnings or Fire Weather Watches. Always check current conditions and specific area closures before your trip.
