The Darby Ranger District is currently at a moderate fire danger rating. Two active fires are present: the Moose fire at 6,005 acres, discovered July 26 and 15% contained, and the Nature Grove fire at 1,422 acres, discovered August 23 and 0% contained, with both fires trending to grow. Forest Road 75 and Forest Road 711 are closed due to fire suppression activities. Campfire restrictions may be in place, so confirm current regulations before your trip.
