Fire danger is moderate in the Powers Ranger District. Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings at developed campgrounds, but backcountry campfires are prohibited unless using a pressurized fuel stove or in a designated ring. Propane stoves are permitted forest-wide. Always check current conditions and specific site regulations before your trip.

  • Portable lantern/stove with shut-off valve in cleared area 5+ feet from flammable material
