Fire danger is high in the Pacific Ranger District/Quinault area. Backcountry campfires are prohibited, but campfires are allowed in designated campgrounds with established fire rings. Propane and pressurized fuel stoves are permitted if they have an on/off switch and are used at least three feet from vegetation. Check current conditions and specific campground rules before your visit.
