Six Rivers National Forest Fire Danger & Restrictions

Fire danger is currently moderate across the Six Rivers National Forest. Campfires are allowed in developed recreation sites, but backcountry campfires are restricted except in designated areas with a permit. Portable propane devices are permitted with a valid California Campfire Permit. Always check current conditions and specific district regulations before your trip.
