Fire danger is moderate in the Lower Trinity Ranger District. Backcountry campfires are prohibited unless you are in a Wilderness area with a valid California Campfire Permit or at a designated fire safe site. Campfires are allowed in developed recreation sites within provided fire rings, stoves, or charcoal grills. Portable propane devices are permitted with a valid permit and adherence to safety rules. Always check the latest weather and specific site regulations before your trip.
