Malheur National Forest Fire Danger & Restrictions
The Malheur National Forest has a high fire danger rating with campfires prohibited in both developed campgrounds and backcountry areas. The Olive Butte fire is 3,092 acres and 95% contained, while the Salmon fire is 1,433 acres and 95% contained.
