Fire danger is very high across most of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest, and extreme in the Salt Lake and Spanish Fork Ranger Districts. Campfires are prohibited in backcountry and dispersed areas of the Stansbury and Vernon Management Areas, but are allowed with conditions in developed recreation sites.
