Colville National Forest Fire Danger & Restrictions

The SINLAHEKIN fire is active at 166,084 acres and 67% contained, with a trend toward more containment. Fire danger is very high across most of the Colville National Forest, with extreme danger in the Sullivan Lake Ranger District. Campfires are prohibited in both backcountry and developed campgrounds throughout the forest, though propane stoves are allowed with proper clearance.
