Fire danger is very high in the Tonasket Ranger District. Campfires are prohibited in backcountry and dispersed areas. You can have campfires in designated Forest Service-constructed fire rings within campgrounds, but always check current conditions. Propane and pressurized stoves are allowed if they have an on/off switch and are used with three feet of clearance from vegetation. Off-road vehicle use is restricted, and explosives are prohibited.
